Text Box: At Facilitrain, we believe that participants should acquire the tools to change their behaviour during a training course, and should leave a training session motivated to apply those changes to their work in practice. Knowing what changes to make, and how to make them is a good training outcome. Being committed to actually making those changes is an excellent training outcome, and the one that we at Facilitrain actively seek.
Our methodology is facilitative. This means that the trainer will not be reading from the book or relying on a  Powerpoint presentation during the course. A facilitative trainer actively engages with the course participants so that the examples and exercises are made real during the training. Too often training requires the participant to figure out how to apply learning when they return to their workplace. Facilitrain integrates the reality with the theory, so that the participant can see the application during the training.
At the end of each course, the client will receive a course report, detailing any issues which arose, any trainer observations, and any constructive feedback which the participants may have offered about the course content. We also undertake to contact each participant 6 weeks after the end of each course to ask about their action plans, and the implementation of changes.
